Bought one yesterday. It's a Lonsdale one. Never used neoprene belt before.
Is it just reccomended to wear during lifting, or can I wear it throughout the day whilst back is a bit sore and just have it bit looser?

I've seen some people wear them throughout their workouts (fairly loosely) and put a proper lifting belt on top for heavy work. I've seen some aspiring strongmen use it this way. I've also seen strongmen have the neoprene belt on for the moving events.

If you are training for powerlifting, I wouldn't get into the habit if I were you tbh.

As the Dr says, i use mine under a belt when doing axle c and p and on its own for stones or moving events when a normal belt gets in the way but i still want some support.

Nice one. Thanks for your input.
Would neoprene definitely not be enough benign used solely for max squats/ deadlifts etc?
