Thanks bro, looking back on it I think I could have locked it out had I stuck at it for a few more seconds as it was still coming up. At the time though I thought it had stopped moving so let it go. Got a local meet in 2 weeks so will see what happens there. Really would like to improve my squat! Yea had a few looks in your log, would agree on similar strength + size | ||

Felt like there was more there on the 160 and 140x5. Squats heading in the right direction for the first time in a long time.
