After watching this video: There's probably better guides out there, but this is the only one I've seen so far. See how it goes. | ||

Felt pretty decent and trap was fine. Front Squats 20kg x lots 40kg x 3 40kg x 3 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 Looked all round the island for some 18mm rubber matting for the platform but no luck, so ordering some online tonight. | ||

Havent got a video recorder on my phone to check. Seated Dumbell Press Worked up to 27.5kg didnt even manage a rep and pulled my trap. I suck at lifting weights. Should have not bothered really as I did feel a very slight niggle whilst doing snatches, and 27.5 would have been a PB. | ||

Deadlift 60kg x 10 60kg x 5 100kg x 3 130kg x 1 155kg x 1 180kg x 1 the 'old guy gym legend' was sat on the bench in front of me about 3 feet away staring me down for this. 205kg x 1 disgustingly easy ..sort of 165kg x 5 Pull ups Lat pulldown warmup BW x 3 x 3 | ||

Definitely gained a bit of strength on these. New Bond film is brilliant. | ||

Although I was fcked from deads and the plates were all over the place scraping against the wall. Pro tip, use 20 plates when you can with pull ups to help avoid them moving around during sets. Weighed in at 78.5kg | ||

Feel like Im neglecting my core a lot tho, so see how the pain goes. Curlz Snatches with the bar, no pain in the trap. Good workout, 110kg was my max front squat a month ago, so to get 4 out at the same depth if not deeper feels good man. | ||

Whatever Im doing it isnt really working so just f**ked it off to do random s**t. 90kg x 3 90kg x 3 90kg x 3 60kg x 15 Elbow was bothering me a bit so went for a 15 min walk and a bit of food. Snatches with the bar At first I was trying to full snatch and ending up pretty much power snatching. But stopping at the point where I catch it overhead and then dropping into to an atg overhead squat sorted it out a bit. Last few reps were a bit better, but still s**t. Did about 50/60 reps. | ||
