Deadlift

Up to 160kg x 4 (stiff legged)

Playing around with form again, such a simple thing but just cant get it to a point I'm happy to progress with.

I feel as though I have massive mong strength in my back, I just cant utilize it without my form degrading to a point where it's so bad people will literally keel over and die if they watch.

Close Grip Bench

Have more strength than this at the moment, just one of those days where you get to the bottom of the squat and your body says 'nope'.

Think I might bust out the wraps again, I made huge gains last time I started using them (for my raw squat too).
