Squats 20kg 60kg 80kg x 1 100kg x 1 120kg x 1 125kg x 4 singles Front Squats 20kg x 1 60kg x 1 100kg x 3 singles Snatches 20kg x 1 30kg x 1 40kg for 6 singles Bench 20kg 60kg 85kg x 5 singles + 1 double DB Shoulder Press 10kg 20kg x 3 sets weighed in at 82.7kg Expecting to lose a lot of water weight during this phase. Already lost over a kilo. | ||

The main purpose as far as I can see is to rid your body of glycogen and that happens on the first 4 days, so at least that is done. Squats 20kg 60kg 80kg x 1 100kg x 1 120kg x 1 125kg x 4 singles Front Squats 20kg x 1 60kg x 1 100kg x 3 singles Snatches 20kg x 1 30kg x 1 40kg for 6 singles Bench 20kg 60kg 85kg x 2 triples + 1 single Shrugs T Bar Rows Pull Ups Weighed in at 82.4kg, so lost around 2.5kg on the prep phase | ||
