First day of carb backloading prep phase, had less than 30g carbs all day. It's been an experience...

6th day of backloading prep phase and I'm done. Was going to do 8 days but I need carbs. The main purpose as far as I can see is to rid your body of glycogen and that happens on the first 4 days, so at least that is done.
