First day back at work today, had to get up about 6 hours ahead of my body clock and carried out lots of awkward lfting all day which flared my back up. Had to do some maintenance work on my car once I got home also, somehow was still keen to go to gym, although I was weak as piss.

You've certainly had more downs than up dude!! Did you ever get you results from you re-X-ray? And did the chiro sort you out?
Are you still trying to get into the fire service?

Yea it's hard having to keep re-starting my training, feel good about it this time tho!

The whole back injury and rehab process was a confusing one. Basically I now trust no one.

The slipped disc symptoms I experienced were acute episodes of facet joint pain according to an osteo I saw later. Maybe Im a pussy, but these were harsh as f**k! I think I read ages ago you had problems with this as well? I cant do too much volume, but it is manageable.

Nah didnt make it into fire service, had a shocker of a team work exercise. Am mechatronics engineer in a factory but just got accepted as a heat treatment technician.
