still a devious weightlifting bastard Member 43, 14374 posts | 11th - 17th Jan Eat you chips with pride. And before all the ripped, shredded, burpee jumping, beep testing, cycling f**kers jump on the band wagon just a few facts A small bar of milk chocolate contains double the fat of a portion of oven chips. There is four times as much fat in a bowl of spaghetti carbonara than a portion of oven cooked fish and chips! Sweet and sour pork with egg fried rice has more calories and 6 times the salt of a portion of fish and chips. You can get a 1/6 of your RDA of Vitamin C from oven chips. In fact, there is 4 times more Vitamin C in oven chips than in grapes. Thick chips absorb less oil than thin ones; so chunky chips are a healthier option. 1 out of every 4 British potatoes are made into chips - that's approximately 1 1/4 million tonnes every year. Russians eat chips, and have done since the 50's. They were introduced into the Bulgarian diet in the late 60's. Typically, chip eaters dont deload, they eat more chips. Girls Aloud are big chip fans, in fact they often feed each other chips to wind down after gigs. Kimberly eats a few more than Nadine. Nuff said. Rob probably has some evidence to suggest that eating chips will damage your health in the next 30 years, and that it makes you go bald.

I refer you to the following item: healthtouch.com/bin?fname=07537&title=CHRONIC+ALOPECIA+&cid=HTHLTH which states: What can I do to prevent or treat my chronic alopecia? # Eat a healthy diet: You may need to see a caregiver about the diet that you may need. Eat foods such as fruits and vegetables, and avoid eating junk foods such as chips.

Fact is, Leatham is so intrigued by boring people he has studied them for the past six years. What he's found is that being boring can wreak havoc on personal and professional lives. Bores are seen as unintelligent, unfriendly and close-minded--all generalizations that are true, says Leatham. Fact is, no one is born boring, there is no genetic trait that says a person is doomed to be boring. Leatham has some tips on beating the blahs: He says smile, establish eye contact, vary the tone of your voice, use animated facial expressions and try to show listeners how the content of the conversation is relevant to them. Get your f**king hair cut, and put some weight on your benches. Leatham confirms that 'deloading' is boring, but eating chips isnt. Now Leatham is invloved in a new study on how boredom in relationships among teens might spur them to use drugs in an attempt to increase stimulation.
