Member 6370, 218 posts SQ 255, BP 170, DL 272.5697.5 kgs @ 92kgs UnEq | This weeks training Monday handstand side shifts handstands with finger tip support 3 sets to total 20 seconds Wednesday OHP 60kgx5x2sets squats up to 140x3 pullups 10 curls + pushdowns Thurs pushups 20 pullups 10 crunches 10 Friday pushups 20 pullups 20 pause squat up to 1130kgx3 snatch 92.5kgx5 singles plus one missed rep power snatch from hang 60x3x3 snatch pulls 122x3x3sets bench up to 100kgx5, 90kgx10 Saturday handstand on parallettes 45seconds in 2 sets Sunday pullups x10 pushups x20 Currently dealing with a wrist injury so less handstand work this week with some more bent arm pushing and pulling and more Resistance work instead. | ||
