My missus swears by Zig Ziglar and listens to him regularly. I've found him quite compelling when I've listened to him too.

During my early years in management I spent a lot of time doing self development. Zig Ziglar was always good stuff. Others I enjoyed include Brian Tracey, Tony Robbins and Jim Rohn.
I'm convinced the work I did on myself through these guys in my formative years really helped me to develop my career and my business.
