Hi guys.

I am playing with the idea of trying my hand in powerlifting next year, and I'm lost with all the different Feds ect,

Any tips on where to start looking? I don't use suits (at the minuite) but I do squat with knee wraps.

Any advice on where to start and where to go will be greatly appreciated Happy

If you take gear - BPC
If you're drug free - GBPF
If you want to use multiply kit - BPC

You could also lift in equipped comps wearing just wraps if you wanted to get some extra comps in, suits are not mandatory

get your hand on some knee sleeves you can use them in unequipped comps rehbands are good not sure of what others you can use so would have to check ipf site

one of my mates is in 120's its his 1st year as senior and he hangs in there I think his lifts are about 270/175/280

as for records set by tony cliffe who is currently in 120's

its 297.5/212.5/330
