I'm gonna get it, don't worry. I'm just really chill before the sessions and the heavy sets. Don't think about it, and it works.

The whole thing has been really good. 6 sets was just too much to psych yourself up each time so staying calm is the only option.

yea that much volume really teaches you the best way of being consistent

I'm sure i could "accidentally" drop one for you during my less than stable Db push pressing...

Also, Only thing volume sets of squats has taught me is to carry a spare bench over to next to the rack to have a lie down between sets...

Clean and Jerk up to 2x1 @ 110kg
For jokes. Better than I thought it would be. Cleans were meh, jerks were better. Not bad for 79kg and very little proper weightlifting in the past few months.

Squat up to 6x2 @ 120kg

Snatch Pulls 5x3 @ 80kg
Just making sure I go straight up and smooth.

Curls 3x10 @ 20kg

Abs

Muscle Snatch up to 65kg (5kg PB), tried 70 twice, didn't make it.
Clean and Jerk up to 2 @ 105kg (15kg PB double)
Clean Pulls with 2 sec pause below knee 5x3 @ 115kg
Snatch Pulls with 2 sec pause below AND above knee 5x3 @ 90kg
Also did a 5 sec hold below the knee after each set of pulls.
Abs and broing out.

I have absolutely no idea. I'd like to say I have an efficient pull...but then it's probably not that. Is it really that much though? My best snatch is 90, power snatch 80.

Snatch pulls with below the knee pause 5x3 @ 90kg

You told Jan you'd drop a DB on his face if he failed to hit 160 during his RSR cycle and he failed 150.
