if you try soya milk i would try one of the supermarket own brand sweetened ones, they have great fortified vitamin etc profiles and taste good too. The sweetening is usually with touch of apple juice. Personally i really dont like the unsweetened ones.

Usually buy tescos or asdas sweetened own brand soya milks, i go through maybe 12 litres a week...

Ive been buying morrisons organic unsweetened soya milk and it took a few cartons to get used to it coz at first sniff it smells like chicken :-(
I was looking at the sweetened versions but they look like they have loads of sugar in??

The dangers of Soy on Mercola's site.

Some extracts, doesn't look good at all :-

Asians consume large amounts of soy, that's why they lead long, healthy lives.
The report How to Get the Benefits of Soy Without All the Health Risks tells you that they are consuming far less soy than Americans! In fact a Japanese man consumes about 2 teaspoons of soy in a day, far less than Americans, who guzzle soy milk by the gallons and have substituted meat with processed tofu (so they can feel that they're not missing out). Find out why moderation is actually the key to the Asians' healthy diet.

Modern Soy Foods have the same benefits as Traditionally Fermented Soy.
Most modern soy food from soy milk to soy burgers are processed, which means they contain natural toxins called “antinutrients”. Learn what these antinutrients can do to your health and how much danger they pose. Learn why traditional, fermented soy disposes of these natural toxins to make for “healthy soy”.

There are tonnes of quality/reliable sites out there with the dangers of Soy by MDs.

Originally hailed as wonderful, soya can be bad for your health. | The Observer

Have you got any links from Harvard/Cambridge/Oxford that prove that Soy is completely safe? Any peer reviewed studies other than 911truth whackos? Roll-Eyes

I hate to be the one to break it to you but it wasn't the fat in milk! Most experts would argue that skimmed is actually worse than semi or full fat milk for a number of reasons and is worse for weight managment.

Soya cream is pretty awesome, had some with strawberries last night.

I also drink 10+ litres of soya milk a week. No moobies and I haven't dropped dead yet.
Diet wise, when I stopped consuming dairy about 7 years ago my sinuses cleared up loads. Without going into a vegan rant, dairy is one of the most stupid things to eat really.

Soya milk for the win.
