It will be an open event this year. Maximum of 16 athletes plus 2 reserves, if you are interested either PM me or reply to this post. £10 entry fee.  the UK's leading expert in bio mechanics Member 1973, 7379 posts | Looks fine to me! It's early in the season, so will act as a good sharpener. The slightly lighter weights will allow a few inter/ lower open guys to do the competition. Has to be good for participation. The strongest guys will still do well regardless of whether the deadlift is 280 or 300. | ||
