My deadlift seems to improve when I don't do them lol.

Yeah man, am looking forward to it mate, am cutting down on squatting as my calfs are needing a rest. They are getting to tight to hit good depth, stretching is easing it though.

not this monday coming but the on after is that ok?

that no excuse Wink if davy can squat with is elephant calfs then you can, might just be a form check to make it easier

It's not high high it's just a 1-2" high, it's on one side and causes a good bit of pain when I try squatting deeper, It should be fine for our squat session though. Il stretch every day till then.
