A new start. rehabbing my current shoulder injury then hopefully back to heavy training.


Goals
raw squat 330
raw deadlift 300
cgbp 200+
log 150
raw front squat 230
stones 170 at the gym

current stats
raw squat 307.5
raw deadlift 270 never had a clean run with deadlifts, always been injured in a way that effected how heavy I went.

light rehab work today with the physio, rom is still rubbish though Unhappy

might try squats tonight or tomorrow, hopefully pain free.

yeah man, going to take it really slow, am just happy to be back in the gym. going to try light squats tomorrow hopefully.

yeah that would be good, or a better camber bar. strength shop have a special price on a camber bar at the moment too.

Just felt really tight getting under the bar. I like paused squats going to keep doing these, although I have lost alot of strength with being off and not eating right. Can't wait to get back to full blown training in the New year.

i got a scan on Monday bud, there was too much scar tissue to see the extend off the damage. it looks like a near complete tear of the suprasprinatus and a mild tear of the infrasprinatus.
