Dunno mate ... Can't do powerlifting because my shoulder just won't have it . I don't even train it at all now .

I got jack to put my name down as first reserve for the northern u105s because I would like to do it but
It's my sons birthday that weekend so it's looking unlikely

So in a word no not really yet

But I'm sure if training gets me anywhere near 100% them I'm going to want a little comp

My main objective at the min it to squat 300 again in an Olympic weightlifting style (no belt or wraps high bar)
