Marko, a few things I did (I sit at around 118-19 without eating excessively now)

Aldi Flapjacks(50p)...approx. 500kcal...just have 3 a day...extra 1500kcal

Supplement the above snacks with pint of milk/choc milk...extra 1050kcal for 3 x per day

Put pesto in stuff wherever possible, its very calorie dense

Same with peanut butter

I know you haven't got much of an appetite, so that might help without having to eat lots

Diet is simple .. Eat things I enjoy (not concerned too much about the )

My missus does all the weight watcher meals etc (she's only 9stone, just likes to keep slim) I don't think it's fair to ask her to do all my greasy crap for me so I've been eating takeaway every night and told her to stock that f**king fridge up nice and full ..

8ish small meals a day and I count calories on the worse days to keep tabs and I'm still at 3'500 on the s**t days .. Now I realise I'm never gonna stack on weight overnight with just 3500 but it's honestly nearly double what I normally have ..

I've been very good and I'll carry on trying But this getting up at 5am has left me very run down and I thing that has a lot to do with it tbh .. I've had a bunch(Savage Talk :-) of cold sores and now a big f**king bruised eye from a sty(they called that ?) and a couple infections ..

f**ked my training up royal this early shift ..But it coming rounds bit now .. Squatted 290kg again yesterday so I'm getting Squatting 280kg + benching 200kg + and pulling 330kg + every single day now but without fireworks on the great days I have it seems (if that makes sense) carrying slight niggle on shoulder movements so log is only 120k/130k strict or push press due to pain ..

JC/ anyone else - one of the biggest factors , I'm desperate to get out and do a session somewhere else .. Training at my place is a burden sometimes and I'm a lonely man in need of a catchup. Tell me your training times and I'm in !

Marko, me, mills and ben train at catts, 7-9 on a tuesday night (we could all start 30 earlier id imagine if that suits you better?)

There are trains direct to wigan wallgate from staylybridge.....i will happily pick you up/drop you off from the train station if you fancy a session with us

A sty in the eye is f**kin horrible!

A couple of sessions witht he mongs up at Lnacaster will soon get you going again. A trip to wigan would be good to even if it is just to laugh at the size of JC's head!

Yes mate . It felt like a really great set-up and good insight into Monolift squatting that I`ll be doing next year in the GPC European Championships.

Look forward to it .

I`m enjoying the squatting work I`m doing although its probably unconventional to Powerlifters.. Pause squats etc, just things to give me confidence .
