Not bad at all - The chain work felt heavy but my AC joint is now causing me next to no pain so benching is a lot more pleasurable Happy

No training for the next week or so as I had a argument with a table saw and took half of my left thumb off constructing the a home for the Degu's that Santa is bringing for Mini Mac

Yep he built all that but still doesnt know how to operate a table saw without nearly taking a thumb off lol.

I do know how to show up for training (even when I've only got one thumb) though!

It seems to be an increasingly rare attribute in folk these days Grin

Monday 30th December 2013 - RE Deads and Overhead @ Middlewood

Right - I've had to have the last 10 days off to let my thumb start to heal up (and to minimise the risk of infection) - As it's Christmas it's not the worst time to be taking a break Happy
It's still painful, but the wound has knitted together enough now that I'm happy to train again (I'll obviously be using straps for a few weeks)

lol taking some time off guv, head not in it atm, but thinks looking up, Il be back next week with some renewed vigour...hopefully!

Training with Padawan Jon this evening as Jim da Mus is a bench avoiding pussy (again!!!!)

Not sure how I'm going to get on with benching as squeezing the bar will be problematic with my gammy thumb I think.....

Pressing felt strong, but my thumb was causing me lots of issues Unhappy
My AC Joint also started playing up again on the close grip pressing! Hopefully it's nothing and it will settle down again in a couple of days

I also got to use my Christmas present in the form of a set of RepBoards and they were very impressive I have to say Cool
