Was on a smooth bar so was quite pleased with this as none of the lifts were difficult, dont want to push to hard this close to comp. 14 inch deads (no straps) 140 x 3 180 x 3 220 x 3 240 x 3 260 x 3 Box squats 60 x 3 100 x 3 140 x 3 180 x 3 180 x 3 180 x 3 No other back type assistance today as my rotator cuff is sore on the left side so donr want to agrevate it. | ||
