Hello,

Bit about me, 31 year old untrained male who's spent time mucking around with weightlifting. Best squat 175kg a few years ago. Also a bit of running. Completed a slow 1/2 marathon last year.

I'm out of shape, weak and lack consistency. This is my attempt to get healthy/fit/stronger.

I have a squat stand and barbell at work.

Weekly plan:
Squats. Mainly back, some front and try a zercher (never done one)

Shoulder press (pb 70kg last year)

2 runs (would like to make one of these a parkrun further down the road)

I also have one of those pull up dip bar stations and will add these in when I can/want/not raining too hard.

Thanks

Thanks Wayne.

Hilly woody circuit run/jog/fast walk

I'm pretty sure my fast walk is quicker than my jog.

Sausages and cauliflower cheese for dinner Happy

Cheers Dannyboy73 they're an awesome band.

Another run last night. Still cant get to squat stand (I run a double glazing company and it is buried behind lots of window frames). Will be moved early next week.

Hilly woody run 29:09.
Proof my slow jog is quicker than fast walk.

Also some core and foam rolling.

2burgers w/ cheese (no buns) and lots of salad.

Since my last post I have mainly been doing:
running, pull ups, cycling, dips.

Youtubed zercher lift and will be doing that tomorrow. Guaranteed pb as long as I do it, so not really guaranteed at all. This will be completed while wearing jeans.
