It was more of a deadlift come upright row whilst almost falling over. Therefore my conscience is clean. | ||

Some dip their toe in the lemon freshness and feel the wave of citrus power wash over their very soul and are ours forever, some just watch and wish, others pour scorn on the overhead lifting righteous ones to hide their jealousy.Whatever your view, their is one undeniable fact, Olympic Lifters are the supreme being of the strength world, in fact the world in general. They move good, they smell good and by God they look good... and they are very modest chaps too!!!! | ||

I wish to object in the strongest of terms to my inclusion on the above list. Clean pulls are an assistance exercise that happen to be done by some weightlifters. The fact that stinkin' powerlifters also do them is the merest coincidence. For example LittleA and Wigan have been spotted bench pressing and "polishing their guns" but this does not make them powerlifters of bodybuilders. Though, the latter, when linked with their hair removal tendencies it does raise questions about their sexuality | ||
