Loal @ the concept of being inappropriately placed in a list.

Here's a list:

Shaw, Thor, Savickas, me, Hall, Ahola, Kaz, Magnusson.

Cool

Perhaps the other coach deserves great priase for the foundations.

Has her max squat or deadlift ever went over 220?

I came to paul after 18months of no training following a massive back injury (where i was on morphine for 4 months and couldnt do a sit up or even walk around a supermarket unaided for months) i maybe had an 80kg max deadlift at that point in time. I remember struggling with 60kg for 5. Highest deadlift with a normal bar has been 227.5kg beltless after 10 strongwoman and grip events in competition. Also pulled 230kg car deadlift for 5 recently at europes (suited). Right now if i did say an 8 week prep to pull a max i would want 600lb. Ive not needed to test a max squat and even the 500lb deadlift i didnt even do a prep for because we did the comp with 2 weeks notice.

I forgot about him!

Although, I did check out his Instagram recently. He has weird bulges on his sides. Over-developed obliques?

Not a knock on him as nothing to do with him but there was no foundations for reasons mentioned.

She has pulled more and could pull a good bit more. Squat no, but squats don't really mean anything for strongwoman and that's why not. She's never done squat in a contest, will be her 12th comp at wales strongest woman by the time she does and she will win the event no problem. Also she's done a max deadlift off the floor once in a comp and after 10 comps that's the only time she's done a regular deadlift from the floor for reps or for max. Strongman/woman isn't that simple and there's only so much carry over from them to gripsport. Your talking of two events out of countless, Becca has a 78% event win rate, meaning she typically wins 4 out of 5 events in any comp she competes at - this is what matters, not what she squats or pulls in training.

Jeez. A that Pudz now?
I'm thinking those massive obliques might be due to the same thing as the massive guts in the log press video, but he's tending his abs so gut isn't as distended.

Larry is a freak presser for his size. Benching easy 220 x 5, 3 sets after 202 log is ridiculous.
And his bodyweight is around 130 kg i guess.
Very special dude.

Isn't his bodyweight around 240-250lbs. Looking at his condition doubt his put much bodyweight on since doing powerlifting
