Don't know how else to describe it really lol.

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar thing and looking for ideas on how to get it fixed. Over the past couple of weeks I have had an on-and-off tightness behind the knee/ lower hamstrings. Its not really a pain so much, it just feels like it is about to cramp up.

Injured my right hammie/ glute a couple of weeks ago locking out a stiff leg deadlift so I thought it was linked to that but now the other knee is tightening up so I haven’t got a clue.

Have been trying to stretch my calfs out, doing some dynamic stretching for the hamstrings and foam rolling/ rolling on a hockey ball. Am I missing anything out?

Cheers

Is the joint any different in size or shape?
I'd be resting that personally.
