Knee Trouble

I've had a bad knee for around 3 weeks with pain and tightness above and around outside of the kneecap. I've been taking codliver oil and glucosamine aswell as stretching lightly. Are they any other supplements or approaches I can take to sort my knee out

Depends what caused it mate, prevention is better than the cure!
Was there a prominent time it happened or is it a gradual build up?

If it was sudden then rest, if it was gradual then just do an extended deload and get a form check on the lift that aggravates it.
