Kenny Tunnards training log

I am 13 years old and have been training with my dad and various other people since i was 9. I do strength training mostly (Squats, Deads, Bench and Strict press). At my gym we have a strongman log and axle which i really enjoy too.

I started lifting at 12 myself.

I intend to start my sons Thor and Magnus when they turn 7 Happy

Nice figures so far fella, 140 squat is impressive at 13.

Thank you, i`m aiming for a 150 squat by the end of this year.
