I do strength training mostly (Squats, Deads, Bench and Strict press). At my gym we have a strongman log and axle which i really enjoy too. WEDNESDAY 7.10.15 BENCH Bar x10 40 x10 50 x5 62.5 x3 72.5 x5 x5 x5 PB 65x10 PB Last rep on last set was really hard! SQUAT Bar x10 60 x5 80x5 100 x3 115 x2 125 x3 PB 125 x1 Racked it after 1 rep as my back felt sore. Good session but not sure where to go with squats, sets of 3 or less weight and sets of 5 | ||
