Strongman Competition for beginners/Novices (you must not have completed more than 3 competitions)

Entrance: £15 (T Shirt and trophies for top 3) Spectators: £2.50 (Children U10 Free)
Competitors please send cheques to 1a Field Lane, Ossett, West Yorkshire, WF5 9DZ and make payable to The Juncton Gym Ltd

Events:

Event 1:
Log 85kg FTOH

Event 2:
Car Deadlift (180kg approx) for Reps

Event 3:
Loading Medley Barrels 90kg and 100kg and sandbags 100kg from 3metres to 50inch

Event 4:
Yoke 240kg 20 metres (10 metres drop & Turn)

Event 5:
110kg stone over yoke (50inch ish) for reps 75 seconds
