Thanks smalls,yeah it is.I did the other one for the first 4 week cycle which i found good,especially the weighted dips but my shoulders cant take them every week so Im gonna mix the assistance up every month to try and prevent stupid injuries lol

Strong work today, new squat 1rm to come easily whenever you get round to it!

Just a comment on your deadlift video, at the top of a couple of your reps you lean back too far and it causes your knees to unlock again when you finish the rep. Really easy fix, just think about contracting your glutes hard at the top to push your hips through, and contracting your quads to lock your knees out, instead of throwing it back. You'll be completely locked out then and no chance of it going anywhere.

Good stuff, if anything you'll find it easier straight away, so don't think about dropping the weight and practicing or anything like that lol, you'll have it completely nailed by your 2nd warm up set.

Yeah I think I might of picked up the habit through rushing to much as I new it was going to be a high rep set and wanted it to be over as quick as possible lol,Ill make sure I get a strong lockout before I start returning it to the floor next week
