Target: 700kg Total at 90kg Bodyweight.
I'm training to be a competitive Powerlifter. In my weight category a minimum of a 650kg total is required to be semi competitive at British level. I am unlikely to compete again until I am capable of at least 650kg. I anticipate this taking 12 months to achieve. (Though I may consider a qualifier at the end of this year if training is progressing well enough)

I will compete only in BDFPA because the 90kg bodyweight class suits me much more than the GBPF 93kg or 83kg categories.

It is.
The weights are clearly very easy but I'm sure they will build up over the weeks and months ahead. I'm not even going to analyse what I'm doing anymore. I'm just going to trust Tom and do exactly as he says.
