I assume you're implying he had wraps on underneath the sleeves. This was an international IPF meet, meaning that all the referees were cat 1/2. I personally know the guy who was TC for this session, and there's no way he would have missed something as obvious as that.

No I wasn't implying there was a breach of whatever rules they are going off within this powerlifting competition as I don't know them

Something appears to be impeding his ability to flex at the knee massively

Superlative.

I've developed a similar sticking point of late. I'm pretty certain I've not been hiding anything underneath my kneecaps. I think it's more to do with the way you set up.

It's the 413kg - I always find weights impede my ability to move, the more weight, the harder it is
