I'm 102 kg now (vs 110 kg when I squatted 235) but I'd like to always have 180 x 5 x 5 in me) Prowlers: 80 kg x 4 sets of 2 laps with 60 second rest Total time 5 min 6 seconds.... 75 kg was 4 mins 34 seconds but in fairness I had encouragement and did not squat first then. | ||

Just 3-4 mins rest between sets, should have gone 140 as these were too easy Prowlers: 80 kg x 4 sets of 2 lengths with 35 seconds rest between sets 4 min 22 total, make this 39 seconds per set on average, slowing down quite a bit now that the weight is increasing and the rest is short | ||

Total 5 min 10, meaning 44 second per set average which isn't great. Only slightly quicker than my 60 second rest the workout before, but I'll give myself a reprieve as squats zapped me. | ||

But by the time I got to the last set they might as well have been weighted. Skullcrushers: +40 kg x 12/12/12 good Cable Curl: 31 kg x 12/12/12 go up a bit next time Prowlers: 90 kg x 4 sets of 2 lengths 45 second rest 4:55 for this which is 15 seconds quicker than last time I think.... granted last time I squatted before | ||
