Paused squat 70kg*3 70kg*3 110kg 130kg 150kg 170kg Clean and strict press - all reps ftoh 70kg*3 70kg*3 70kg*3 90kg*1 Sad to say but the strict press actually pleased me, even though it was pretty much all I had or have. Oddly I think the gap between my strict and push press has narrowed, although this may be down to using a bent axle. I suspect that on a half decent Olympic bar it would be different. Who knows. | ||
