Barbell curls - few sets to warm up arms - biceps still feeling tight Deadlifts 60kg x 6 110kg x 2 150kg x 2 190kg x 1 225kg x 1 250kg x 1 250kg x f Farmers hold 60kg x 20 secs 80kg x 20 secs 100kg x 15 secs My grip felt good on the hold but my lats were fried. Good to have a mess about anyway. | ||

Deadlift 40kg x 4 60kg x 4 110kg x 4 150kg x 2 190kg x 2 230kg x 4 230kg x 3 Away for 2 weeks now so time to rest and get back training hard over the winter. | ||

You have to get yourself to Octoberfest if you havent been already, unbelievable place. Im planning on getting a good few months working on 4 sets of 2-4 reps on my working sets. Hopefully this will bring up all my lifts. You still going to James's comp? Think il be coming along to that one | ||

Incline dumbell press 35kg x 10 35kg x 10 40kg x 8 40kg x 8 Did some light curls and 10mins cardio. Definitely more to come on the bench | ||
