Seen some obecence picks of people doing weighted chins with them (one handed). I think its just being used for support strength ie just holding on, but I have seen it mentioned that you can do curling type movemenst using the kit. If I was using them to strengthen my grip for lifting I'd attach the loops to a bar rather than bells. | ||
