www.mobilitywod.com is a crossfit style daily(ish) stretching recommendation - lots of stuff in there that has worked a treat - hundreds of vids of stuff that should make a genuine difference - the hip flexor stretch (super couch) is genius.

Mark Bell and Donnie Thompson have been on a few vids - so ignore the fact that this guy is skinny, American and a crossfitter - have a look

Ive had a look at that website. Theres a lot of good info on there which i will work into my training. Thanks!

As for poor form, i think my form was fine, i may not have been as tight as i could have been which may have added to my injury risk. Its something to think about and work on.
