Current plan now is to train doing pump stuff until tuesday then wednesday on go low carb off days, drop my salt wednesday night (which has been really high on purpose for the last few weeks) for a weigh in saturday morning then carb up on Sat

20/2/2015 Chest deload

Like a dick as it was a deload i didnt warm up like i normally would (bar x 10rep x loads of sets) instead i wqas doing Incline DB press so went 1 warmup then my first set and pulled my pec ont he second rep, not bad but enough to agrivate me for the rest of the session

DB incline: no lockout 4 sec negs
22.5kg x 12 x 4

Flat Hammer Press, hard contract 4 sec negs
20kgps x 12 x 4

Machine Fly 4 sec negs, hard contract
3 work sets

1 arm work sets, 3 sec negs
3 work sets

Cable Side Raise
4 work sets


21/2/2015 Legs "deload"
well i decided the reason for pulling my pec was that i didnt go heavy so

Leg Ext 4 sec negs, hard contract
15rep x 3

Squats, beltless 4 sec negs
170kg x 2
180kg x 2

Single leg ham curls
4 work sets

Adduction 4 sec negs
3 work sets

cheers, it was i was pissed off to say the least but luckily the only things ive got left to do with my training until the comp is get blood flow

exactly, the pump feels like cumming in the gym apparently, though ive never beaten one off in the gym so cant make a 100% comparison

right so deloaded and decarbed till sat morning: weighed in at 100.0kg on the dot after having weighed 104.5kg friday morn

Lifting today:

Bench:
140kg x f didnt wait for the f**king start command that the GPC uses
145kg flew up, shoulda done more
152.5kg again flew up, no slowdown for a 5kg all time PB and was easy as f**k

Deads:
started warming up at start of the prev flights thirds, normall giving me enough time to warm up and rest about 10mins before my deads (as there was 20min breaks the day before) BUT today they had a 40min break between bench and deads so that f**ked me right up on warmups

220kg felt easy
235kg felt easy again
245kg x f came up about an inch off the ground

cheers jack, become apparent that i actually need to practice the sumodeads more (the bench i came to quite naturally tbh but sumo deads didnt) and work on my back and quads [which i also need to bring up the most of bodyparts for my BB so fits nicely just need ot make em stronger too]

right: been dieting for my bb show for a few weeks an gonna start posting in here again: current plan is to do this show then decide a few weeks pre show if i want to do the GPC euros as a push pull which is a few weeks post comp (not even looking at the final entry date TBH if its past its past...)

currently on 60mins fasted cardio (was 20 then 40)
training: Mon- delts arms and secondary chest
Tues: Legs and 2ndary back
Wed: OFF
Thurs; Chest secondary delts and arms
Fri: Back Secondary legs
Sat: OFF
Sun: Secondary legs

calories current really f**king low for me (prob 2750 training days lower on off days) and feel like death everywhere but in the gym (just a mental thing there) training weights have gone good except for squats but due to cardio prob that and not anything to worry about

Weights: 6/3 - 232.8
13/3 - 227.4
probably looking at 223 or so this week (tomorrow)

main points: despite feeling s**t all day most days my workouts have been going well (at the start atleast, dying off volume right now got maybe 5 good sets in me if that

DB Slight incline 4s negs: 45kg x 9
BB Decline 4 s neg: 106kg x 6+3+1
Slight Inc DB flys controlled negs: 20kg x 8 drop 14kg x 3 drop 10kg x 3 drop 6kg x 4
machine fly, dip machine, BB curls, DB curls, DB side raise, Cable side raise

thats currently 60mins fasted in the AM usually on the stairmill and 25mins at night right before my prebed meal which is usually a power walk (i mean a real stupid looking power walk lol)
