23 years old. 161kg bodyweight. 6'7" tall. First person to ever squat 1,000lbs and deadlift 900lbs in the same powerlifting meet.

Was just about to post this after someone told me about him last night. His squat has gone from highs 600s to over 1000 in less than 2 years looking at his previous meet results.

Crazy total for his age. Can only see all 3 lifts increasing by lots in the coming years. Going off his height as well you would assume he would make a great strongman also.

I think that if you put him next to someone else tall like thor and shaw and you would see his body proportions are quite different to them. Things like femur length to torso length ratios have a big effect on squatting and he looks like he probably has much shorter femurs than most people of his height and also his arms look relatively short too.

Quite possibly but that tends to then have weaker Deads and bench but these are both pretty good too

I was thinking shorter arms, better bench? But yes it would make deadlifting harder though. His quads look massive.

Similar numbers to Pena at 16, but with a slightly more even SQ / DL ratio...weighed in at 164.5kg / 363lbs or so....

Do body proportions differ more in taller (let's say over 6'6") when compared to the rest of the population (excluding those with giantism and dwarfism?

I would say most men over 6ft have long limbs as opposed to a long torso but obviously not everyone..You do get shorter people with this issue too of course but its not as common.

Women also have more of a tendency to have longer legs in comparison to their torso too.
