Don't buy expensive tacky, buy some wax from 'Sally's' or somewhere similar, its only about £6 and makes for fine tacky. If it was for me I'd probably invest in some new nose tork and a couple of grippers. | ||

Turk place near mine does them for about a pound and I know it sticks like fook. I have smelling salts and the gym near mine has grippers. You're not the first person who's suggested knee sleeves - may very well get a pair. | ||

I'll make an effort in wearing these whenever possible to keep knees happy, especially in cold weather. | ||
