Have a decent belt and knee wraps, don't squat too often.

Thinking Thor elbow sleeves and Dave Ostlund tacky.

What would you get?

I'd get Thor sleeves or knee wraps as I'm desperate for them. Iron mind do lifting straps I find them to smooth :/

if I was in your position then probably straps and thor knee sleeves. Don't buy expensive tacky, buy some wax from 'Sally's' or somewhere similar, its only about £6 and makes for fine tacky.

If it was for me I'd probably invest in some new nose tork and a couple of grippers.

I'll look into Sally's tacky. You ever used leg wax? Or is Sally's a place that sells leg wax? Turk place near mine does them for about a pound and I know it sticks like fook.

I have smelling salts and the gym near mine has grippers. You're not the first person who's suggested knee sleeves - may very well get a pair.

It depends on where you train, but I always found cold temperature an issue training events. The cheapest possible knee sleeves from sports direct etc. are perfect for keeping the knees happy.

I have mismatching neoprene knee sleeves. I'll make an effort in wearing these whenever possible to keep knees happy, especially in cold weather.
