When I was 15 or something just starting training I didn't want to train legs because I thought it would make my upper body look smaller in comparison. I'm not really sure why I thought that

A bloke at the gym was telling me about his friend who has started taking roids. His face and neck have blown - loal. He only ever trains arms and chest and NEVER turns up for leg day, always having an excuse, the latest one being that he's got to move some furniture or something.

Does he also skip back day? it amazes me how many of these pros also don't train their back, which is one of the most important things for aesthetics
