Haven’t I think posted too many things as much as I do because I’m kind of all injured or something. My body ligaments and joints/bones are stretched over the years and need lightness building instead of strongman and powerlifting which I deeply feel happiness with. My buddy Tom says to take a year and build to win! I can’t fugin just can’t. Doctors. Kettlebell swinging 2 pieces of luggage into my SUV right forearm pop pop today. I go to deadlift in a cold fuggu garage and Fuggin stomach rib ship rippin but I said Fuggit and still the fighter still remains in me. Please God say it ain’t true?

12”log Bench 190 3 sets of 8 checking this out for now. Getting my feet wet here.
Bands tricep variations along with thick bar 2. 5 OD” very heavy short bar single arm curls. Hammer style slow.
All rehab kind of stuff. Very ripped apart now. Still go bigger a bit but not too tough. I want to like the pain more so I got to heal.

Went down to the church of iron early like 4:30am to set up for 16” deadlift . It seems retirement and times I do things have changed drastically. My life is slowly becoming more organized finding things I lost. Soon as I get better from being crazy with the poundage that like 260 pound farmers etc...elbow joints, Tom a former strongman screws in his shoulder is really coaching my mind. He said if all goes well and I train hard skip a year comps/. Not... stop there I cannot stop til the end.
Steel stone over bar. Up to 200 no tack jus chaukk. Long breaks beteeen reps lots of slipping. Grip forearm piano stringy oh my. Tom broke my brain. I been slacker and he exposed it. Truth hurts.

Up the 485 x2 was scared that 365 last go round last weeks episode of stomach wripper and mr popping forearm dislocation elbow scum.
All was unbelievable lee cool. Had me issues until I spiraled down to 300 ish at rep 7. Heating pad 4 hours at night really seemed to help.

Today Tom complained the the buffalo bar would get rust on his hoddie so had to reset everything.

Up to 300 x 10 x 6 tried to get to 100 reps but fuggit I’m insane and a pressurized brain. Can do but it would pisz me off. All the hung hoeers weekenders I’m in for the long haul. Not quite ready to dig deeper with these high reps full tilt just yet. Controlled crazy!

Horrible cause we were pissy because he can’t do anything without his mouth pierce wraps, gloves exact names on each plate so I grind him and he grinds me and at the end we were rapided firing.
