Bunches of 5’s and threes with two twenty five. Sometimes 4 and there was a 6 in there somewhere.
Squats to 335 x 5 deep x 3 rounds Ball tap style
Many sets enough for now!

Feeling bloated this morning because I been eating my pounds back which is stupid so today I get it together.
Been walking more, and tired more the same. Feels like all those years of running for loot are over and I just love the way rest feels. Neck and back cramps from the insane day. I focused on the log press technique and just gettibg reps for now!

I tell them I am busy and cannot work but they call me anyway. If I work this job, I will be tired the next day for strongman training. 2 days straight hard labor my next 2 days will be shot. No way today.
Picked up 2 free 350 and a 425 stone. No need but free got me there and the goat lkes to stand on then.
Also got 4 100 pound plates since my buds getting divorced. I’ll sell them back to him if he needs them.
Stones 230 up and drop Around 20 reps

Driving everywhere for family finally grabbed my farmers handles and moved around 225 until I was pouring nod just sweating.
Wanted to also squat, but I can’t see the point in killing what is already ran over and reversed and ran over. I have become the clean up man repairing everything in diarrhea disarray. Fat Pete is structured. Me, I want to train when I am ready. To put time constrained to x amount of units at a specific place and time is not me. I want to feel the wave/frequency. Now comps I can’t ask the promoter to change it to my liking, but any other day is mine but apparently not. Soon if I get everyone not to like me I’ll have all the time I want for my selfish self...:^)

Raining and much colder like john predicted. Yoke tomorrow. Squats are always a safe choice.
Up to 405 x 5 but I changed up because these days are of a tricky nature. No plan has ever worked with perfection. So you change up. Odds were never in my favor but I’m the parking attendant and they are bothering my customers.
315 x5 x5 slow so slow
Multigrain bar inner grip tricep bench.
Just lay there and do sets. The left one is shaking now. Thank you for the coffee.

You see movies where humans are going through hardships and suffering, so sometimes you give it the extra squat or 2 or 3... tomorrow brings pain double up, triple up...you crash wake up holdin your calf that got medussaed.too too much so let’s add cold to it ah wait don’t forget wet sloppy slush. Billy G. Goat would not leave my garage because it was drizzling. I grabbed him by his horn. He tried to break my wrist. I spanked him. He reared back and tried to butt me. His hair spiked up. Sorta scary because you got to battle with the creature.

Today I did 3 things.
1 yoke light couple of paths
Incline multi grip inner handles
Farmers 230 which I experimented on double sort of wrapping my messed up knee.
Did a couple of axle dead’s which felt heavy but that doesn’t mean squat when the time comes. Slow I am on a very dangerous thing for me. Forearm right is bulged where it is torn a bit Popeyes. Log, farmers and warming up with the stones it pops eventually okay but just below the serious. Still standing so here we go!

Up to 220 legs fully wobbly from major weight loss miss 7/8th there. Pulled right forearm but still attached
