Again cold and I had to do stones. I spoke to a higher power. The power said those who you have trained with will tell you to take a break. How I lived but not today. Linkin Park I'm breaking the habit tonight. I'll paint it on the wall. That I will. Great workout stones seemed light 3 levels up out of 12 one I have never done. Added one arm very heavy kettlebell rows Ez curl, and grip machine. I'm still soft in my books but it's time to rise above. Ez does it billy mo injuries. Crazy horse

I am officially sick. I got the flu.

All weights were super light and I felt like a ct, but I need walk before I run.
I am 52 years old and must tighten up the rusted bolts before I punch the pedal to metal

I'm from pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
Basically, until 2 years ago, I lived in the main party section. I got tired of having my property and vehicles stolen, so I moved out about 15 miles out about 3 miles from the airport. I now live where there are few people and quiet with a car now and then drive by. Best move ever. I stay with my family work go home lift repeat. The most fun I have with people is training an 80 r old powerlifter and learning from good people like you. I read that you grapple. I missed it dearly but I am like you no mas. What about you? You are Russian?

Today at lunch at a table sitting with cowrkers pull out a 60 DD nail and randomly went nuts on it in front of everybody and bent it.
I took a shot at it and it bent to specks. Unfriggin believable. What gave me the want balls to do it the 3rd eye and the balls to risk looking like Spongebob in front of the critics? Well billy I said to 3rd eye we got to compete more often. I'm not hiding from you no moe.
Farmers. I had to cut some time out of my workout because of daylight and work change.
Farmers 90 pounds x 30 feet?? And back 3 rounds
