British bum sex champ Member 450, 1796 posts SQ 315, BP 212.5, DL 290 817.5 kgs @ 137kgs Eq	I know everybody doesnt train at home or even have a thermometer in there gym like me(yeh im sad i know) but i popped my head in this morning and it was minus 10 and just checked it 5 mins ago and it was minus 8...takes warming up to a whole new level

Member 194, 3976 posts	Depends on the time of day, it will generally be about the same as outside albeit a few hours after it is that temp outside. BUT cuase we don't train like homos its all good and we stay warm.

still a devious weightlifting bastard Member 43, 14379 posts	Adders is always colder inside the gym than in the car park. Sometimes it's so cold that Al sets fire to his legs just to warm himself up. That said, we aint Tony. Only Tony is Tony. We have walls, windows, roofs, platforms. Tony has a f**king garden on the NE coast. He doesnt even have trees to break the wind, but lets face it, if you were the wind and you were in the NE you'd just blow around that crazy f**ker wouldnt you? Spoilt we are. Spoilt.
