Yeah see.... 7% bodyfat, there's the problem. You're not a fat c**t like me. I'm 'bulking' and my abs are long gone! Maybe if you put on a bit of weight and I lean up again when I get bored of being disgusted with myself....


I f**ked my wrist up and I'm fairly certain broke a finger doing cleans whenever I last did them....not exactly the first 2nd or 3rd time I've done that but anyway, can't rack a bar in front for push press at the moment so that's off the table Unhappy

Not really going anywhere with this, just wanted to get in on the athlete moaning about injuries game....

I cant bulk up, i have an eating disorder. Once i tried to eat a bigmac meal but then went to the toilets to make myself puke.

So now that your 90kg and still bulking, is this the end of your speed/power days? Even though i want to be strong, dont think i could let my speed, agility and possibly health go to s**t just to lift more

Wow the eating disorder is quite unfortunate!

And no it's not exactly the end of my speed/power/agility or whatever days (hopefully!)

I want to be a really lean 90kg. I'm a pretty soft 90kg at the moment, so some quick maths tells me if I get lean again now I will weigh.....not enough.

Plan is keep going to around 100kg then hold it there for a while then slowly bring it back down, in the hopes that this will be a quicker way of reaching my target than trying to gain only clean weight. I was finding it impossibly slow to do it cleanly probably because my body would be quite happy to shrink down to 60kg if I let it. Just an experiment anyway!

Having said that, as a fat 90kg, more like 92-93 by the time I get to training, I can still box jump 60" and standing long jump 3.50m, so hopefully as a lean 90kg I'll be even more agile and fast?

And good point about health, my blood pressure sky rockets while I'm gaining weight. I held it at 90kg for a month and it settled down back to normal though, but it'll be on the rise again soon.....

I dont really have an eating disorder, but i dont eat loads.

3.50? That's only 1cm behind me, and not many guys in the world are legit over 3.50. I did another test, 3slj in a row and did 11.48m.

Thats pretty bold of you getting to 100 if you want to be fast, im scared to get 85 or over incase im s**t.

I did my first slj last week and did 1.50+ what do I win? I did a triple too which was 6.20ish

When you're playing with bodyweights so far above your natural state, the beauty of it is if you don't like it, you can reverse what you did really quickly...it's a LOT of effort in the kitchen doing this, I could quite easily stop.

I can quit anytime I want f**k YOU!


Standing jumps are my specialty, I never jumped over 7m properly though.....s**t on one leg!
