Looking at the totals and Wilks scores from PL got me thinking about bodyweight.

Who is the fattest sausage to have graced (or still to grace) Sugden?

Who is the lightest?

My heaviest was 132kg. Just as I was starting to get strong natty.
I'm now 116kg and as weak as Belgium beer.

There can’t have been many heavier than Terry Holland’s and he used to post regularly.

Lightest, no idea....

Eddie hall? (but not active for many years and certainly not near his 195kg peak when he did use the forum)

For active members: Sam and the Savage have both been around 170kg recently.

Mrs Savage had a comp weight of about 170 as well, so she'd be in the mix.

Lightest I've no clue, I know there have been a few u80 lifters.

Davidoc was light. He also criticised my training a couple of times.

Haha. Wayne. Love a bit of critique.

Mrs Savage at 170? Blimey. I know she's a solid girl but that has blown my mind.

So what was Terry's heaviest? Over 200 I imagine.

I'm trying to get down to around 110kg and be as strong (and fit) as possible at that. I'll go up in weight if it feels necessary.

At 132 I was fit, would have been exceptionally fit by strongman standards but was still blowing out of my arse compared to now.

Even tall with a big frame, I do wonder if I'd keel over and die after 150kg.

Thor and the others are another level.

If they went in to space, they might get named as asteroids or something.

Does anyone else think of Deuce Bigalow regarding the above statement?

My comp weight for british grip championships was just over 180. Weighed friday after a 3 course work christmas meal and was just under 174

Why get heavy for a grip comp? It's counterproductive.

Wasnt purposeful really, but weight isnt too much of an issue for grip. Maybe fatter hands i suppose but thats about it. 5 or 10kg in bw isnt going to make that much difference in that aspect. Generally the heavier you are the stronger you are (as you know) and grip doesnt need you to be able to move fast, its very static so id argue that weight could help depending on the implement

At the moment im having more than 2500 but it will go back down to that depending on what paul says anyway after christmas. Want to cut down to around 160-165 with more muscle. Im 174now on a full stomach so hopefully it wont be too difficult depending on the pcos.

That depends on the events but it's not the same as most people e.g bulk like f**k for years on end to get to that weight. For Becca its always trying to get her weight down, if she doesn't train hard and do extra cardio / eat clean she won't get under 180. When she ate like most do (so crap like takeaways regularly etc) she was over 200.
