The cardio is gonna stay gentle but for long distance for the next few weeks weather it be on the bike or walking. I'm taking allot of advice from steve cosgrove and a few of my bodybuilder mates.


I do have an old frame which i can spend maybe a week or two fixing up for you. I will have a look tommoz in the light. Whats your inside leg measurement and arm length??

If you do have any bits you can throw together and can find time {guffaw} then i would find a way to pay you , mabie let you have that **** you were asking me about in secret, but in the real world , i obviously dont mind a bit if you dont/cant/wont , but i thought i'd ask as i know you were a top cyclierr and they usually have bikes comin out of their ears and/or bouffant

Ye I have frame that would fit you. I will have a look tomorrow at it and see what needs doing. Parts shouldnt be a problem...Maybe £30 in all to get the bits but may cost nothing. Will let you know tommoz.

Really tried to concentrate on not spreading my legs to get down and instead squatted into a catch position. Felt good in the end.

18" Deadlift Alternating grip with each rep
60kg x 20

160kg x 5

Front squats

80kg x 5
100kg x 3 ,3 ,3

Speed bench Paused
60kg x 5
70kg x 5

Good session. Started to move better on the power cleans and rode a good few of them into full cleans just for the hell of it. Back and hams still a little buggered from mon but the 18" deads still felt good. I like the idea of alternating the 'over under' grip with each rep and will stick to it. Fronties were comfy but need to work on staying more upright. I actually decided last minute to get the train to adders but missed the bas***d thing so just walked to the uni gym nearby.
