Ye I can understand why you think im being a prick but I don't wanna regret ANYTHING about my uni life. The weight loss came about from looking at the bigger picture. The strength gains have been excellent and I have enjoyed every second but my body cannot be enjoying it. Im off till the 28th, a few people are around who i havnt seen in a few years and my bird has just got back. I'm enjoying myself and dont think i have to feel guilty about it. I'v done 2 30 min runs and a hike since last wednesday with my diet being spot on right through. I am dedicated to what I do BUT I have learnt the hard way through my rugby and cycling days that complete dedication can become an unhealthy obsession. I can explain myself and put excuse after excuse but i'm too lazy. Grin

you dont have to explain to people about your choices or feel guilty about anything. Train how and what you like.

but its not cool to leave me waiting for you for 25 mins and making me late from my session.

Trained at uni gym today with my mate...70kg bodyweight, 125 bench, deadlifted first time tonight and got 140 and squatted 90kg for 8's....f**k lol. Gonna bring him to adders.

Deadlifts were good, back feels solid. Form is completely different now. I think its almost exactly the same as how Neil deadlifts (French neil). Finally feel it in my legs when i deadlift now....Probs due to the oly shoes. Grip is getting allot stronger which is good. Good sess overall.

Na first week back to proper deads after maybe 2 months?? and they were double overhand. Back was in a bad state before i laid off so wanna keep it good.
