Seems after competing yesterday I must of strained or whatever and have external haemorrhoids, seems pretty bad and it's all bruised.....I'm competing again in 2 weeks but if I carry on training will it make it worse?

Deadly serious by the way.

I would seek professional medical help... Anything hanging out of my arse which isn't a turd is not right.

Yeah I get them. Pain in the arse literally. They are not dangerous but they make cleaning your arse after a s**t a nightmare. s**t gets stuck under and around them. And they itch like buggery making you think you've not wiped your arse properly!

This/

Lube up your thumb several times a day with PrepH, Anusol etc (preferably post poo and post shower) and massage them back in. Anal care shouldn't be understated. If you do this and it persists get your grapes checked out. It isn't always piles.

My old fella thought he had piles and put up with it. By the time he found out it was bowel cancer it was too late. Obviously this is an extreme case. I had a friend who thought he had persistent farmers and it was a little more sinister. An op put it right luckily.
I think being heavy and having a high BP causes piles more than a heavy squat session, but you tend to find one where you seek the other.

I had a pilonidal sinus and needed two bouts of surgery and developed MRSA for a bonus that took best part of 18 months to clear - put up with symptoms for ages before getting attention, by time I did the sinus had extended right up to coccyx.
Moral: Anything not right round your ar****le needs seeing to promptly as its such a bacterial cesspit that infection is sure to fester given the slightest chance.
