Member 2713, 1887 posts SQ 242.5, BP 140, DL 285 667.5 kgs @ 84kgs UnEq	I'm moving to Sc**thorpe at the end of the month and there until the summer. Looking for one or two gyms. Il be living across the road from the hospital, I won't be able to drive to number 2, but option 1 I will later on. Looking for 1. A gym to train in properly, deadlifts, cleans, squats etc. preferably decent bars. And 2. A gym with leg machines and an exercise bike for when I have surgery. (The first month or so there). And preferably not that expensive of course.. Thanks!

Hill sprints are fun! Member 731, 3253 posts SQ 200, BP 127.5, DL 232.5 560.0 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq	As has already been mentioned, F10 doesn't have any exercise bikes, but does have a few machines. Great gym for 'proper' training. And a massive plus point for Force 10, I train there!

They'll let you train there for £5 a session or £10 a week. Not sure of their longer memberships, I only train there when I'm back home for a weekend.
