I'm really happy with my strength at this weight.

I've used cissus on an elbow problem that wouldn't go away a few years ago and it worked well, so thought I'd give it a try with my knee.

Decent session. First time ever doing rest pause like this. Still been working on loads of new additions to the gym, I'll get photos up of it all tomorrow if I have time. Put the video up so you can see just how much weight/fat I've lost, still a bit to go until I'm happy.

Cheers goats. Happy with the way things are going, the best part is once I got over the hellish first week of cravings for the sugar it's been really easy to stick to. I have the odd cheat meal here and there but not often. I don't think a 68kg guy has the right to flex Wink

Good session. Wanted 6 and got 6, should of stopped at 5 really but a grinder to show how much you want it every now and again is a good thing. Bodyweight 68.1kg this morning.

Cheers goats. I expected to be quite a bit weaker if I got down this low. Still got some work to do yet. Then I'll probably do a very slow build up.

I didn't have that much muscle before. Only 1 week after this week left on this run through of built 2 last, then the plan was a week off just having a few fun sessions, and then run through it again upping the calories a bit.

Obviously I've lost some. Doubt you can cut 10kg without some loss. But it's gone a lot better than I thought it would. I'll be doing a very slow bulk trying to stay lean. Not sure how big I'd want to get though as I just feel better when I'm lighter.

Decent session. First time I've done a lower body session in a few weeks. Form was a bit s**t on box squats and weight felt heavy on my back, but some of that was because I had my knee in the back on my mind the whole time. I'll have to see how my knee feels over the next few days, but it definitely didn't feel as bad as during the last couple of lower body days.

Decent session. Got a bit of a cold and was going to leave it until tomorrow but it could be worse then so got it done. I messed up the benching as I thought it was incline bench for some reason, I knew I got 12 last week so had 13 in my head, it was a struggle from 9 and I went all out to get 12 just to match it. Then I had a look at my log to see if I had the wrong weight and realised it was supposed to be flat bench. Body weight 67.4kg.

Good session. Really happy to get the 120kg bench press, just as I started this diet I did a 120kg bench press while training with Owen and Adam, and I've lost another 8kg since then. I was 67.1kg this morning.i think I was 78.3kg when I decided to start eating right.
