IM going to Add grace to the end of my pressing workouts, just to keep s**t real, build endurance, look #crossfit.

What do you guys think is a decent time for the average person?

I though between 2 and 2 1/2 would be okay.

just thought it would be a nice finished to a BB endurance type session.

why not just do it and see what you get - whatever it is you can improve on from there.

there is a website which gives graphs of where a time falls in relation to world class> average>donkey. cant remember it???,

Just have a go and see what you get, think first time i did it was about 5 minutes! Then try and beat time each week!

2 mins used to be considered great bit the best guys do 1:07-1:30 now.

When I was training for strongman I did it at the end of a pressing session in just over 3 minutes, 3:10 I think from memory.

It got very painful

A friend did it in 5.30 the first time, then a week later did it in 2.49. The only difference the second time was that he paced himself much better, the first he went all out for the first10/15 then gassed.
